    Our services: 

    • Monthly food packages with completion of application
    • Daily food available - no application required
    • During operational hours anyone is welcome to come have refreshments with pastries and breakfasts provided by Starbucks and stay until close
    • Clothing vouchers for IMAH Thrift Store

    - Coats, blankets, and sleeping bags available
    - Emergency Shelter assistance for families
    - Holiday assistance available for Thanksgiving and Christmas
    - Rent payment assistance
    - Appointments available to those in need to assess proper resources available as well as creating a plan
    - Monthly food package delivery available to those who cannot make it to the center
    - Our center can be utilized for special events or meetings

    Services: BenefitsCal

    BenefitsCal is an online portal that allows California residents to apply for, manage, and renew various social and health benefits programs. These programs include: CalFresh (food assistance), CalWORKs (cash aid), Medi-Cal (health insurance), County Medical Services Program (CMSP), Disaster CalFresh, and General Assistance and General Relief (GA/GR). BenefitsCal provides a convenient way for individuals to access these programs, submit applications, upload documents, and track their eligibility. It also allows them to view their benefit status and make updates as needed.

    Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm in Bishop and once per month on the second Monday of the month in Lone Pine. Lunch appointments may be provided per request.

    Services: The WIC Program (or the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) provides food, nutrition counseling, and access to health services to low-income women, infant, and children.

    The mission of WIC is to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care.

    Services:  IMACA provides fresh produce and other staples to help supplement people to meet their nutritional needs. We operate a monthly drive-thru food distribution at 11 locations for residents of Inyo and Mono counties. Food Intake Form required. This program is income eligible.     Services: For Tribal Memebrs. Need help with transportation? The Bishop Paiute Tribe Social Services has Eastern Sierra Transit Authority (ESTA) bus passes available to Tribal members. Bring your Tribal ID card and receive a bus pass for 10 free rides in the Bishop area. Tribal members are eligible to receive one pass every 4 weeks.
